[wisb] Peregrine Falcon box and webcam now up in Oshkosh

I know most (all) of you have read the messages from Paul Bruce about 
seeing 2 peregrines around Oshkosh.  A couple of weeks ago some of 
the staff for buildings and grounds at UW-Oshkosh put up a hatch box 
on Grunhagen Hall on the campus.  Plus, a webcam has been set up on the box.
It has been determined that two different Peregrines are visiting the 
box - based on the legs bands that have been seen.
