At first I was thinking this was a 'rare bird' - but maybe not so much? Do
they still nest in downtown Milw?? Saw it at Grant Park.
I had a great day birding today - didn't see Any other birders out though -
much to my surprise - though I will say I was chilled to the bone after 4
hours - playin' w/ my dog and birding. 42 species - a Great day for me!
Still many I couldn't ID - those fall &/or juvie 'eastern' warblers are
tough! Didn't even bother with the swallows overhead, nor swifts, nor the
gulls. Ohhh - but I did have an immature N parula!! Lifer for me. Found
it not at Grant Park, but at Oak Leaf Trail off Coldspring rd (near Hwy
100) on my a.m. dog walk.
Happy Birding . . .
