[wisb] Pacific Loon -- Yard Bird!

Okay, I'm trying not to gloat as I write this, but at 1 pm the Pacific Loon was
not far offshore just past the north end of Yahara Park, between Dunning St.
and Schiller Ct. Which means it now rivals Long-eared Owl as my best yard bird
ever.
