The Shiocton area held some nice ducks this AM, including Bufflehead, hooded merganser, canvasback, wood ducks, and others. More action west of the area on County Highway W south of Highway 76. Hundreds of tundra swans still in that area, along with white-fronted goose, as well as Belted Kingfisher, Eastern Phoebe and bald eagle. Located a yellow-rumped warbler along the river on County P at the end of Van Patten Road. Still tons of Canada geese in the area.
