[wisb] Mke Red necked grebe, common loon

I just got nice looks at a Red-necked Grebe and breeding plumage Common
Loon from the pedestrian dock off Iron St at the yacht club in Bayview.
Thanks to Steve L and Jym M for alerting me to the grebe (lifer) and to Tom
Wood for bringing out his scope and helping me locate the birds. He said an
adult male Surf Scoter had been present earlier.
