[wisb] Off topic-snake id

We saw this snake at the beginning of October on Rock Island in the green area
in front of the Viking Hall-probably about 3-4 feet long. Fellow visitors said
it was a corn snake, but looking on line I can't see it. Yesterday at the
Children's Museum with my granddaughter, a woman was handling and talking about
snakes. I asked if she knew snakes and she said she did. I showed her the
picture and she said it was an illegally released python that needed rescuing.
Needless to say, now I am really curious! Any ideas?9
