[wisb] OT (sort of): Sandwich Tern still in IL

I just saw that the previously reported Sandwich Tern is still hanging around
the Lake Michigan shore north of Chicago - last seen today (Tues. 9/14) around
4 p.m. at Montrose Beach. Interesting to note that there should be southeast
winds on Wednesday...
