[wisb] Northern Shrike, Iowa County

While snowshoeing yesterday in eastern Iowa County I observed a
Northern Shrike perched in a tree high above me. This bird was seen
last week by other observers, and it may stay the winter. Seems like a
good vole year in these parts.
I finally signed up for eBird and have entered all my sightings to
date for 2010. I guess that's my New Year's resolution. If you haven't
used eBird yet, it's pretty easy (just go to ebird.org).
