[wisb] Northern Pintail, Sheboygan

My parents Andy and Terry Holschbach spotted a NORTHERN PINTAIL in the
Sheboygan River mouth near the boardwalk shops and restaurants (Brisco
County Grill, Mucky Duck, etc.). According to eBird, pintails are
infrequently reported in Sheboygan in winter, making this perhaps a notable
sighting.
