[wisb] Northern Hawk Owl-South of Superior

As Chris West mentioned in an earlier post, there was a Northern Hawk Owl
about 25 miles south of Superior along WI-35 on the 9th. The bird was
perched along the east side of the highway less than a 1/4 mile south of E
Fall Road.
