[wisb] Re: Nighthawks - Milwaukee County

Ditto on many many nighthawks flying over Milw.'s south side late this
afternoon. Magical. This year has more than I have ever seen in my - albeit
brief, relative to others on this network - birding life. Is it possible
that this is a "banner reproduction" year, or do all these reports suggest
perfect weather conditions for such massing? (I don't recall another year,
out of five or six, with so many reports).
Betsy Abert, So. Milwaukee (and witnessed them near the airport in Cudahy
as well)
