[wisb] Milwaukee Snowy Owls

Looking from the northwestern most point that is accessible to the public on
Jones Island, I scanned the river which was full of gulls and Red-breasted
Mergansers and found zero winter gulls.
One Snowy Owl on the break-wall looking south from Texas Avenue and another
being harassed by crows sitting behind the sailing center in McKinley marina.
No winter gulls to be had in McKinley either. Despite the warm temps it was
nice to hear the ice cracking in the marina.
