Today at the Milwaukee lakefront south of discovery world both lesser and greater scaup were plentiful along with about 20 common goldeneye in the lagoons by the summer fest grounds, as the lake was very choppy. Most interesting finds today were two horned grebes in full breeding plumage in the river about 100 yards west of the Hohn bridge. Happy birding!
