[wisb] Merlin--Waukesha County

There was a Merlin sitting near the top of a tree on hwy. N north of
Wilton Rd. in Waukesha County. Some one had place a flowered wreath at
the base of the tree. There is a farm across the road. This is very
close to the same area where Anne Moretti spotted an adult Bald Eagle
about 10 days ago. Small birds were flying at the Merlin and then would
turn away sharply. The Merlin just sat and watched them.
