[wisb] Manitowoc Harbor-Eared Grebes & Red -throated Loon

Just before noon today my wife and I observed 2 Eared Grebes just north of
rocks from the Manitowoc Harbor Impoundment area. We got great looks at
these stunning birds. There was also a Red-throated Loon in the general
area. The birds were also confirmed by Charlie Geiger and 2 other birders.
