[wisb] Re: Long Form Rare Bird Reports

We are thrilled to see the galinule today. Thank you Sean Fitzgerald. It
looks as though there will be several rare bird reports. If you want more or
want as many as you can get, I would be glad to file one. How do I get the
form ?
