Spend a nice warm sunny Easter Sunday at Little Muskego Lake just southwest of Milwaukee...kept my binocs handy throughout the afternoon and got a decent amount of activity on the lake... A few COMMON LOONS, RED BREASTED MERGANSERS and RING-NECKED DUCKS... Also a few HORNED GREBE, PIED GREBE floating around...a single pair of DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS in a flyover... Gull activity was fairly calm with only some scattered RING-BILLED GULLS and a single BONAPARTE'S GULL flyover... Shoreline highlights were FOY Barn Swallow and FOY Red-Breasted Nuthatch... All and all, a good easy going day... --Shawn Miller McFarland, Dane County Apr 20, 2014 Little Muskego Lake Stationary 0 miles 300 Minutes Observers: 1 All birds reported?
