[wisb] Kentucky Warbler Hoyt Park Yes

Darrell Schiffman and I relocated the Kentucky Warbler at 7:30 this morning
along the edge of the prairie in Hoyt Park. The bird was singing while
sitting in the open on dead branches giving great looks.
