Yellowlegs (11 Greater and 5 Lesser) have shown up on the mudflats in the floodplain of the Rock River where Hwy 106 crosses the Rock just east of Fort Atkinson (seen tonight at 5:20 on my way home from work). This is the same location that had decent shorebirds late summer/early fall last year. We'll see if this spring yields anything of interest. Keeping my eyes and ears open.
