[wisb] January eBird Hotspot of the Month

The article for the January Hotspot of the Month is now published and
features Yellowstone Lake State Park in Layfayette County. This location
was recently noted for having a Varied Thrush on the 2012-2013 CBC. Please
take the time to read about this very interesting location and all the
unique birds it has to offer. It is just a short drive from Madison and yet
remains quite underbirded. Sorry for the delay, but we had technical
difficulties with the upload to eBird. Thanks to the team eBird effort by
Nick Anich and Tom Prestby in getting this article edited and uploaded to
eBird. Most of all, thanks to Matthew Nechvatal for volunteering his time to
write January's article.
