[wisb] Injured gull at Discovery World

Just now got back from my BIGBY walk. There was a gull with a broken wing on
the catwalk on the south side of Discovery World. It was trying to figure out
how to get into the water.
Don't know if its still there. Just thought I'd post something in case some
rehab types want to check it out.
