[wisb] Inca Dove present 12:30 pm Yes

The Inca Dove was still present when I left Concordia at 12:30 pm today.
The Dove was located on the ground approx. 100 feet from the drop off of
the bluff near what appeared to be an over grown raspberry bush, just east
of the EC building. Images to follow.
