My results birding around Horicon Marsh today were similar to Mikko's - had lots of Red-tails, but just one Rough-leg (on the dike south of the pumphouse on Hwy 49.) Also had a Kestrel along W. Point Rd. by the Bud Cook Hiking Area, and scattered ones and twos of Horned Larks flushing off the roadsides. I did have a little flock of seven Snow Buntings near where W. Point Rd. turns into S. Point Rd. - one of the females was getting into breeding plumage with a very noticeable dark cap. Also had four dozen Turkeys farther east on S. Point Rd. - easily the biggest flock I've seen around Horicon. Surprisingly, I only kicked up a few Horned Larks on Centerline Rd.
