My Hoary Redpoll showed up again briefly on Sunday, this time in the company of some Common Redpolls. Got some better documentation images of the bird's upperparts, with comparison to Common. All taken through the window so low quality. Six new pics at: http://www.pbase.com/rbrady/hoaryfeb11 With Common: http://www.pbase.com/rbrady/image/132839413 http://www.pbase.com/rbrady/image/132839416 Ryan Brady Washburn, Bayfield County, WI http://www.pbase.com/rbrady > From: ryanbrady10@xxxxxxxxxxx > To: wisbirdn@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [wisb] Hoary Redpoll - Bayfield County > Date: Sat, 26 Feb 2011 20:36:14 -0700 > > > This morning I looked out the window at my backyard feeders near Washburn and > was surprised to see only one bird in the entire yard.
