[wisb] Harris sparrow

This past Saturday I checked out the Harris sparrow spot on Stony Cr Rd near
Waterloo. When I got there about 1130, there was a flock of juncos feeding on
the shoulder of the road about 100' N of the bridge. The Harris sparrow was
not in the flock on the ground but was in the brush on the W side of the road
preening.
