Since Laura asked... a repost of Steve's earlier email... -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [wisb] Ebird, adding photographs to your checklists. This is simply done by embedding the HTML code into the comments box for the bird that you are reporting. If you have an account like Flickr, you can access this code by selecting the share icon associated with your photo. Simply copy and paste this code in the comments box. After you submit your checklist the images will appear on your checklist. Once validated, your images will appear on the Ebird search function. If you have trouble accessing this code, you can paste a link as well. Full instructions on how to do this can be found here: http://help.ebird.org/customer/portal/articles/973966-adding-photos-videos-and-recordings-to-checklists If you are submitting a rare or unusual record, you can post your image to the Wisconsin Rarities Flickr pool. http://www.flickr.com/groups/wisconsinebird/ Also, a reminder that when submitting checklists, keep in mind that all the birds you are seeing are just as important as the unusual ones.
