[wisb] Franklin's gull, Stoughton

 Thought I'd get out and look for shorebirds south of Stoughton. There's a 
number of okay looking spots. I only saw 1 greater yellowlegs and a few 
killdeer.
 On Stebbinsville road, east of Taylor, there's a large marsh pond area. There 
was only one gull there, but it was an adult Franklin's. This is a scope spot. 
To far for a good binocular view. This gulls bill was redder than the Columbia 
county's bird, but almost no pink cast to the breast.
 Had a chunky Merlin come across at eye level.
