[wisb] FYI: Latest rounds of unsub actions

Folks,
I've re-added all who were unsubbed from Wisbirdn with the exception of those
Yahoo accounts that were dropped. I have no intention of adding any of the
dropped Yahoo accounts nor accepting any new subscriptions from Yahoo.
I'm waiting for feedback from Freelists.org regarding this latest round of drop
subscriptions before making any further suggestions about what will happen next.
Note that in this latest round, no gmail accounts were dropped.
