[wisb] FOY Caspian Tern Milwaukee Lakefront

This morning at Lakeshore Park, I had a single Caspian Tern fly over. Also
at Veteran's Park there were a dozen Flickers feeding on the ground and 9
Pied-billed Grebes in the pond. Near the art museum there were at least 20
Horned Grebes--most I've ever seen at once.
