Found a few shorebirds on Jersey Rd - best spots just north of Laurel Hill Rd
and down by
Redwood Rd. Some of the species seen today were:
Osprey
Sharped-shin Hawk
Merlin - at One Mile Island
Black-crown Nightheron
Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs
Pectoral Sandpiper
Dunlin
Short-billed Dowitcher
Wilson's Phalarope
Forster's Tern
Yel-Belly Sapsucker
Purple Martin
Winter Wren ( Northern Rd)
Brown Creeper
Ruby-crowned Kinglet
Hermit Thrush
Brown Thrasher
Pine Warbler ( along lower level of Pines at Ledge Park )
Palm Warbler
Am Tree Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow
Junco
