[wisb] Dodge Co. Birch Rd. Phalaropes

This afternoon in the flooded field by Birch Rd. I found 3 breeding plumage
WILSON'S PHALAROPES. Also present were both YELLOWLEGS, PECTORAL
SANDPIPERS, WILSON'S SNIPE, KILLDEER, 2 HORNED LARKS, about a dozen
BONAPARTES GULLS and a few ducks.
