[wisb] Dodge Co. BLACK-NECKED STILT south of Juneau

Earlier this morning I saw 1 black-necked stilt three and a half miles
south of Juneau in a large flooded area on the east side of Hwy 26. It was
then fairly close to the road. I returned a couple hours later and refound
it in about 10 minutes. It was on the far east side of the flooding a
quarter mile out. About 5 miles Jeff Bahls, BIGBY?
