[wisb] Deplorable behavior with GGOW

These videos were taken by Scott Weberpal. These videos were apparently of two
individuals from Illinois who were engaging in this behavior in order to obtain
photographs, drawing the bird in to get photographs. A discussion ensued on
the Facebook page and it was suggested that this be shared to shame this kind
of behavior and I offered to post this on the list. I was hoping to maybe go
see it on Saturday and if I do I hope I see nothing of this kind.
