An update. About 45 minutes ago the teal was not there. I was told that an
Eagle flushed the birds. The Cinnamon Teal did not return.
It may still return.

For those who dont do facebook, theres a male Cinnamon Teal at Gardner
Marsh. The marsh is in the UW-Arboretum , the boardwalk in to the marsh is
about 200 yards from the entrance ,off Wingra Drive (by the zoo). On the drive,
theres a gravel pull over that can hold 3 cars. I parked on Wingra ,and
walked. Follow the broadwalk left and out ,till you get close to the open
