[wisb] Cinnamon Teal, Madison

 For those who don’t do facebook, there’s a male Cinnamon Teal at Gardner 
Marsh. The marsh is in the UW-Arboretum , the boardwalk in to the marsh is 
about 200 yards from the entrance ,off Wingra Drive (by the zoo). On the drive, 
there’s a gravel pull over that can hold 3 cars. I parked on Wingra ,and 
walked.  Follow the broadwalk left and out ,till you get close to the open
