[wisb] Chimney Swifts over downtown Madison

Jim's post about Tree Swallows reminded me that yesterday afternoon
around 5:00 p.m., there were hundreds of Chimney Swifts swirling over
State St. in Madison. I had seen a flock of about 70 earlier in the
afternoon down on campus, but this was many more than that.
