Along with the 5 greater yellowlegs that have been here for a week were 2 FOY solitary sandpipers that flew in tonight. Even with this "abnormal" Spring weather, only 2 times have solitarys returned earlier going back to 1992. 5 sandhills and 6 killdeer were also using the mudflats. Drake hoodie and woodie waiting for their mates to come out of the boxes for their nightly rendezvous.
