Significant influx of birds last night. New arrivals in Ashland area today
were Tree Swallow, Fox Sparrow, Amer. Tree Sparrow, Eastern Phoebe, and
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. Notable increases in Amer. Robins, Common Grackles,
Red-winged Blackbirds, Golden-crowned Kinglets, and Song Sparrows. BARROW'S
GOLDENEYE continues at Short Bridge. 9 Common Redpolls at my Bayfield County
feeders. Northern Shrike as well.

Credits for these observations go to Nick Anich, Tim Oksiuta, Harold Vanselow,
and myself.
