Four teams of 8 field observers and 5 feeder watchers recorded 27 species and 1910 individuals. This species total was the 4th highest of the 6 year count and the individuals total was the 2nd highest. Highlights included: Bald Eagle 8 (Record) Northern Goshawk 1 Gray Jay 3 Blue Jay 199 (Record) Boreal Chickadee 1 Am Tree Sparrow 3 (Record) Snow Bunting 19 Wh-winged Crossbill 41 Pine Siskin 6 American Goldfinch 270 (Record) Evening Grosbeak 42 Note the absence of Pine Grosbeak and Purple Finch in both counts.
