[wisb] Alert - Black-necked Stilts - Mascoutin Valley State Trail (Berlin)

Hi Folks,
Local birder Preston Searles called me today to report a pair of Black-necked
Stilts along the Mascoutin Valley State Trail. This trail can be accessed from
County Road E and the wetland lies between E and Meadowbrook Road. This is
just west of Rush Lake or just Southeast of Berlin, WI.
