American Tree Sparrow is singing his little heart out today, too -- and a
chickadee sang yesterday! And the sun is still out at 5 p.m. (though just
barely).

Despite bone-chilling temps and piles of snow everywhere you look, a male
cardinal was singing this morning from atop my neighbor's house in Bay View
(south of downtown Milwaukee). So it looks like spring is coming!
