Quality Control (CQC) needed by a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) at an Adams County Pennsylvania project location. Must be a self employed SDVOB. OR Must be employed by a SDVOB. OR Must be employed by a firm willing to subcontract his or her Quality Control services to the SDVOB prime contractor. Responsible for quality control and shall establish and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan. The quality control system will consist of plans, procedures, forms and organization necessary to produce an end product, which complies with the contract requirements. The SDVOB shall submit their Quality Control Plan within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for review and approval by the Government (Pentagon Renovations Program). The SDVOB shall provide a QC manager or representative dedicated to the project for a minimum of 40 hours per week. This representative may not serve a dual role on this Project (i.e. Superintendent and QC Manager Roles simultaneously). The QC representative shall have, at a minimum, a college degree in an Engineering related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of construction or design related experience. The SDVOB Quality Control shall submit a qualifications based resume for review and approval by the Government (Pentagon Renovations Program). This candidate will report directly to an executive of the Prime SDVOB for this project. The SDVOB's QC Manager/Representative shall: - Be QC Certified by the Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a certified QC on Projects. - Submit Daily Reports to the PENREN QA and CM on a weekly basis at minimum. - Conduct daily field inspections, verifying compliance with the Project drawings, requirements, specifications and schedule. - Conduct and document daily safety and occupational health inspections in their daily QC logs, as per EM 385 1-1 01.A.12.(b) - Provide Maintenance of Submittal logs, RFI Logs, and other Project related Material. - Perform inspection and verification of all project related Material deliveries to the UGF and site for the Project. - Provide review and sign-off of Project As-builts and Project deliverables prior to submission to the Government (Pentagon Renovations Program).
