[wintime] Questions re-WTTP3TCP.DLL Errors

Hello
Please see the attached Word document for some problems I am having with
WTTP3TCP.DLL. I have included some lines from Goldwin.logs and a screenshot
of one of the problems.
Does anyone get similar errors and what do they mean? What are the causes
and fixes?
