[windows2000] stupid basic question for NT 4.0!!!

In user manager Windows nt 4.0
I need to access the "local user" from a Domain Member server. Now in user
manager on the server XXXX I "Select Domain" I type the local machine's name
and it returns the following messager.
"(computername) is a member of domain XXXX. Focus will be set to domain XXXX."
How can I connect to the local group and user?
