No, the wallpaper reverts to the standard blue background of Windows
2000.  When he goes into display properties, background, the wallpaper
he had is the one selected.  When he clicks OK, he gets his wallpaper
back, but he has to do this almost every time he logs in.

I guess the question is, does the user's wallpaper return when he/she
logs
back in?

The wallpaper and screensaver will revert (by design) to the "default
user"
or "all users" setting when no one is logged in.

Yes, he always logs in as the same user, but he was not the =3D
Administrator who installed the Operating System.
