[windows2000] XP computer on a Windows 2000 network

I have one user on my Windows 2000 network. When he logs off his
wallpaper changes. We have our active directory setup so they can
choose their own wallpaper and screen savers. They can not download
wallpaper, but if they can find it on their PC, they can set it as
wallpaper.
Does anyone know what would make his change?
