The entire problem with that is the Avaya phone system itself ;)
We went with 3Com's NBX solution... the only time it gave us a problem was
when it took an hour to boot up after a tech accidentally forced its UPS to
do an emergency shutdown. Other than that, it's been perfect!

What day is it? :-) Sorry I missed this entire thread; worked a 30 hour
shift and I must have passed out some time yesterday. I'm
rewire/resubnetting my entire VoIP network to try and get rid of a major
echo issue we have with VoIP. Avaya guarantee's me once I give the phones
their own wire my problems are solved... I'll belive that when I see it.
