The 2002 policy templates are in the Office resource kit or available on
my

site at http://thethin.net/tsdownload.cfm#policies

See the following FAQ on how to add a Policy template to windows 2000

server...

http://thethin.net/faqs2.cfm?id=270&category=1

Add the winword policy template and you can specify a default template

within it.

Subject: [windows2000] Using Group Policy to customized MS Word 2002

Dear Windows 2000 Free Lists,

Hello! How are you? I hope all is well. I have a quick question. I am

trying to do the following:

We will be administering an examination and we want students to use a

particular template to complete their work. We have created a template

and would like to use Group Policy to ensure that our template is loaded

when each student enters MS Word 2002.

Is this possible through Group Policy? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Take care.

Best,

Daniel J. Cook
