[windows2000] Tip: Make the W2K3 Adminpak work correctly on Vista

Here is a good one. After installing the admin pak for Server 2003 some of
the snap ins do not work. That is because some of the dll's are not
registered.  Here is the fix.

After doing this you can now run AD Users and Computers snap in correctly.
