[windows2000] Stupid Question...

okay here's my problem...
i am running internet explorer ... newest build ... most recent patches..
when you go to download something off a web page it gives you the option to
open, save or cancel
there is a little check box that says something remember my answer..
well I was downloading a lot of zip files.. so I set it up to remember where
I was saving the files to... all is good
it worked once.. now when ever I download a zip file it opens the file in
winRAR
what I am trying to do now is to get it so when I download a zip file it
gives me the options back of open, save or cancel
any ideas?
I have reset all internet options...
